Scheldule time zone problem

Hi!

Jusper Server Report Community 7.1

I create a task on a schedule, fill the field – «On Specific Date: 17.July.2018 09:45» (for example),

schedule time zone «Europe/Moscow – Moscow Standard Time», server time – «17.July.2018 09:41»,

server time zone – «(UTC+03:00) Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd», click Save, a warning appears:

«The start date is in the past. It should be in the future».

If I change the field «On Specific Date:  17.July.2018 10:45», it’s ok, and schedule will be save.

If I edit schedule, I may change time to field «On Specific Date:  17.July.2018 9:45», and save ok,
but in Scheduled Jobs field Next Run will be displayed: 7/17/2018 10:45:00 AM, while the task will work successfully at 09:45.

How to fix these problems, tell me please?
