Unable to Compile report using older version in Jasper Studio Pro 7 and Visual Designer for JasperReports 6.4.31

Hi,

I am Unable to Compile report using older version in Jasper Studio Pro 7 and Visual Designer for JasperReports 6.4.31
I try to set compile version from Window>Preference>Japser Studio>Compability
I tried with both option in Compile setting Add From URL and Add From Path.
1. Add From URL option not work for me its always show Unable to delete existing version ( Unable to delete file: C:\Users\..\jasperreports-6.4.0.jar)
2. Add From Path. using this option i added suuccessfully but unable to compile report(An internal error occurred during: "Building report".).(reference https://community.jaspersoft.com/documentation/tibco-jaspersoft-studio-u...)

I want to compile report in 6.4.0 Version.
