jyothsna.sidda_1 Posted June 25, 2018 Share Posted June 25, 2018 I have created a help class which has all static methods and returns a string , exported it to .jar file and placed under ../apache-tomcat/webapps/jasperserver-pro/WEB-INF/lib and i am using those methods in the studio based 'jrxml' as a parameter and it works fine in lower environments and when i tried it on preprod/uat i am getting errors. for loading the methos seems the .jar file is not been loaded.
