Need to duplicate some section to next page if other section moved to next page

Hello 

Below is my report lay out. there are fields in each section.  Now if section 4 moved to next page then I need to copy section 1 and 2 as well to next page.

Page 1

section 1    section 3

section 2   section 4

Page 2 if section 4 data streched to next page then

section 1 section 4

section 2

Any inputs how to acheive this??
