Alex42
When selecting a field from a domain for filtering the distinct values are preorderd ascending. How can i change that? I would like them to either be descending or if possible to follow a custom sorting order based on another ranking field in the same table.I tried pre-filters in the Data Chooser but even there selecting the distinct values the order is ascending and can't be changed. How can i achieve this in a Domain?
loyolafranklin67
Hi,Move to your report dataset. Click "Edit Query, filter ans sort options" button. You are able to view sorting option in down. Click the sorting option and in right side Add button will be there. Use that to add the field whatever you want to sort. Default it was an ascending order. If you want to change the order, click the order option to change it to desending.

Alex42
Thanks fot the reply, i think i wasn't detailed enopugh in my question. I an using Ad-hoc Views, not reports. I would like sorting functionality, either descending or based on ordering column in Ad-hoc views
