How to upgrade properly?

Hi,

I tried to switch my jasperreports server 5.0.0 to 6.0.1 on another server. I used a 6.0.1 installer and the js-import.sh once with --include-access-events and once with --update.

The tomcat web GUI seems to work as jasperadmin, but my jasperuser isn't authorized to see anything at the web GUI and gets an "Access is denied", if I open http://192.168.3.2:8080/jasperserver/rest_v2/reports/reports/testreport/......

Also I only get reports for the test tid value I set in Input Control Details -> Query Resource. With 5.0.0 there was also a set value but I still got reports for any tid using rest_v2.

How can I fix this problems? (Also happens if I try to upgrade to 6.4.0)
