How to print Page Footer on a new page?

Hi,

My report consists of Page Header, Detail band, Column footer, Page footer, Last Page Footer and a Summary page.

I want the content of Page Footer (contains static text only ) to be printed on the next page (after the Column Footer page).  I have tried using Page Break before the Page Footer and after the Column Footer but it does NOT work.

Any Ideas?!?!
