Adding a static column header to multiple column groups in crosstab

Hi, 

i am working on crosstab and need to add one static column header to all the column groups. refer the attatched screenshot. the Forecast Total should be a static field which should stretch till all the column groups. i have taken one column group and column total field in my crosstab.

  

i have taken one column group and column_total field in my crosstab. below is the result what i get and now need to add the static field 'forecast total'. but not sure how to add it. Need some suggestion for this.
