Scheduled report does not execute

Hello,

I am using 6.3.1 Jasper server. I  tried the scheduling of one report which is published on jasperserver using Jasper studio.

It continues to remain in normal state, and the status does not refresh apart from the time. I chose to ran the report immediately.

what can be the reason for the same.

The link that you have shared is about scheduling a report in simple recurrence and calender.

I am choosing to run the report with an option "Immediately". But when I do that the report remains in the scheduled list and the State is "Normal" and not "Executing"
