Is there a way to setup email addresses (user API) in Jaspersoft Server for scheduling reports.

when scheduling reports: - as user types email address, a look ahead will automatically identify possible matches for selection - or allow user to open a lookup window where the user can filter for email addresses using first name, last name, etc.

A workaround would be to build the feature yourself : ) See an example here for the class ReportJobMailNotification: http://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/build-your-customized-jar-jasperreports-server

 

Alternatively, a less robust approach would be to build a browser extension or script (https://tampermonkey.net/scripts.php) to do that for you.
