Jaspersoft connection with MySQL DB

Hi all,

I just started using Jaspersoft and I'm still learning.

I have installed Jaspersoft studio and I have database named sqltest on phpmyadmin.

How can I connect that database with my the Jaspersoft studio so I can use the tables and the fields from that database?

I'm sorry if this question repeats with someone elses but I didn't found the answer.

I hope that someone will help me

You'll need to create a JDBC Data adapter. Read the following documentation for steps on how to do this.

I'm doing this on the image, but I'm not sure that what to insert in JDBC Url. http://sqltest.boxpilot.com/ is the url to the database.

Is it inserted correctly, because I get an error when I click on test?
