Hi All,
I am trying to access a redshift data source on AWS Mumbai region.
But i don't see any option in drop-down on Jasper studio community edition under "AWS Region"
Please help.

You will have to connect it manually via JDBC, since the autodiscovery feature does not support Mumbai yet.
Check the Jaspersoft for AWS getting started guide in "Connecting to Your Data with JRS" scroll down to the "JDBC / JNDI Connections" section
