Can anybody Please tell me Jaspersoft community edition lincense cost.

you dont need a license for the community edition. check this page for differences between the editions

Community edition is free. Be aware that different JasperReports products have different licenses. JasperReports is LGPL. Jaspersoft Studio is EPL. JasperReports Server is AGPL.
