reportdev
you need to have two folder locations while updating the cacerts.cacerts location - this will be the same I believekeytool location - this will be in the jdk folderlocation of cacerts : C:Program FilesTIBCOJaspersoft Studio Professional-6.2.0.finalfeaturesjre.win32.win32.x86_64.feature_1.8.0.u65jrelibsecuritylocation of keytools : jdkbinkeytoolCopy your certificates to the cacerts locationopen command prompt and change directory to this location of cacertscopy the path of keytool and paste it into the cmd, dont execute it yet.add this line after keytool location -import -alias jspstudio_T -file CERTIFICATENAME.cer -keystore cacertswhen prompted, enter the keystore password. as far as i know it would be changeit.when prompted, trust this certificate, say yes.
