Correct location of js.quartz.properties file for SMTP configuration

I have installed the communty edition of Jasper Reports Server on an Ubuntu Linux VM. The installed defaulted to

/opt/jasperreports-server-cp-6.3.0

When I tried to find the js.quartz.properties file, I discovered there are several copies in various directories under the server installation. Which is the one I should use for the configuration of the SMTP settings?

I'm guessing it would be under apache-tomcat

Should be in the following path: JASPER_INSTALL_PATH\apache-tomcat\webapps\jasperserver-pro\WEB-INF Should be same path for Linux and Windows install. Let me now if your struggling to get the SMTP working. I had issues awhile ago and you need specific setup to work.

Thanks. I did guess right and proceeded to use the configuration settings there. I only had one problem because I forgot to set the protocol to smpts. All is working well now. Thanks

I don't know how to close this now.
