Urgent help

New to Jaspersoft

Have got a topic with 4 fields which are

Event, planned date, Forecast date and actual date

I want to create a graph to show how how many event was planned, forecast and actual for each month

What the best way to go about it?

I have created a field to countall, planned, actual, forecast date.
