Jaspersoft Server Professional - Permissions not working

Hi, I am working on the permissions on our Jaspersoft Server Professional. I have given the specific Role the permissions:

But still the user can't access the report (the user can browse to this protected directory):

This error is repeating itself with multiple users and many reports.

Is there a solution for this problem?
