Report scheduler doesnt have create schedule button active

Hi, I installed Jasper report server 6.3.0 on redhat linux and after creating a report when i go to create schedule the buttons are greyed out..

appreciate any help if i missed anything here...

I'm not finding any buttons related to create schedule, but i can see Job ID, Job Name, Owner, State, LastRun NextRun and Enabled menu ...
