I am installing the jasperserver 6.2.0 without priviledge in ubuntu 14.04. Then when I am deploying all of the report in the folder, I am experiencing internal server error in the control and resource tab. what is the worng in my installation?

You haven't pasted you error log but from what you said, since you don't have privilege, you're probably getting privilege error. You'll at need right to write to the directory, admin right to the database, admin right to tomcat so the script can deploy jasperreports server to tomcat.
