Solved myself by using a band new database instance and executing the below steps.
bash-3.2# ./js-ant init-js-db-ce
bash-3.2# ./js-ant import-minimal-ce
bash-3.2# ./js-ant import-sample-data-ce
bash-3.2# ./js-ant deploy-webapp-ce
