Hello,
I'm running Jastersoft Studio 6.3.1 -64bit on Windows 10 with JRE 8. I have to use "Rus as administrator" to start the program.
Under Windows I do have several drives mapped to locations on our LAN. If I try to Open File the dialog opens but none of the network mapped drives is visible.
How would I fix it?

I have a problem with Jaspersoft Studio 6.3.1 64bit on Windows 10. An attempt to start the program displays the following message:
"An error has occured. See the log file null."
The program will start if I use "Run as administrator".
How do I fix it?
Jaspersoft Studio will not run.

I have deleted the .fileTableLock file located under:
D:Program FilesTIBCOJaspersoft Studio-6.3.1.finalconfigurationorg.eclipse.osgi.manager
Now I don't need "Run as administrator" any more.
To confirm that the .fileTableLock creates the problem I've reinstalled the Studio program and the problem returned. After deleting the fileTableLock file the application is running fine.
