[Forgot Password Functionality in Jasper Server]

Hello,
I had enable the link of change password on login page. Its working fine. But now i nedd to develop forgot passowrd functionality.
Please help me how to start it and steps followed

I had a datasources which has some encrypted fileds like name, email etc. I would like to handle or decrypted it in jasper server / may be at jasper studio jrxml file . how this can be achieved in jasper server ?

[Jasper Server - halted at Postgresql is shutting down]

sometimes

when stopping tomcat and postgresql using command ./ctlscript.sh stop
tomact stopped and postregresql does not stop and in the postgresql log database is shutting down error shown
so,i am not able to start it from manager ui, its shows error
Fail-Application at context path /jasper server could not be started
. how  i can this issue get resolved. it happened frequently.
