In a normal data load you can set for UPDATE and insert functionality while loading the data but When you set to Bulk load option ,You have option only to select either, Insert or Update but not both,---- and if you set Insert onlt inserting records and when you set for update, it only Updates the records if they are eligible for update but not inerting new record
Normal data load is very slow while commiting
