Vovkin's post in Japersoft doesn't show all the data in report was marked as the answer
As it turned out by default Jaspersoft shows only 200k items, to change that go to
Manage -> Server Settings -> Ad Hoc Settings
and set new value for field: Ad Hoc Dataset Row Limit
