[remove "login as user" button]

Hi,

 

Jasperserver 6.0.1

For security reasons we need to remove the "login as user" functionality from Manage -> User

Does anyone did this before?
What jsp page is responsible for displaying user properties and this button? Or is this configurable in some properties file?

I also had some trubbles with the access grants; solution that was working for me:

- assign default jasper user role (ROLE_USER) to everyone, but removing all access grants for this role

- create new roles as needed and assign access grants to this role as needed

Maybe you can setup two text fields with different style and just add an expression when to display the text or not.

[Save report to host system -> network drive]

Hi,

 

Jasper Server 6.0.1 & Windows Server 2012
I have change the jasper tomcat service to run under a specific user account.
I have logged in with this account and created a network drive Y:
I have restartet jasper tomcat

When I now try to to schedule a report I can only save the result to C: drive but not to y: and getting error message "Enter a valid path."
Any tips available how to save a report to a network location?

[Change delimiter between filename and timestamp]

Hi,

 

when scheduling reports the file is saved as <basename>-<timestamp>.<etension>

Is it possible to change the "-" delimiter between basename & timestamp? Is this available in any configuration file?

[Server: text field showing null in case parameter name contains blank]

Hi,

 

in case the parameter name contains a space, the user input control is still working, but the text field I have placed on the report to show the parameter value is either showing null or the default value (if defined).
When I design the report in studio and preview everything is fine, but after publishing the report I got the described issue.

I use JasperReports Server 6.0.1
Any fix for this available?
