I'm making a fairly simple SQL-based report that should generate a graph for each record returned in the SQL result. Each page should have a bar chart as well as some text fields, both based on fields from the current record.
When I preview the report, I get multiple pages, one per record, as expected; and while the text fields show the correct value on each page, the charts are all the same, drawn using the data from the very last record of the results. Both the text fields and the bar chart elements are within the detail band, taking field values from the main dataset SQL query. I can't figure out why the field expressions are updating correctly on each page for the text fields but not for the chart. I experimented with using different values for "increment type" and "reset type" on the bar chart but none of them seemed to make a difference. Any ideas on what I should be doing differently?
Same chart data on every page for multiple records

Thought I had it: I changed the chart's evaluationTime from "Report" to "Now", which made the fields in the chart's title correct on each page... but the bars in the chart itself didn't change.
