[In iReport Hide Background Band on Summary Band]

I have a background band that displays necessary vertical lines for the detail band which is populated using a subreport. I also have a summary

band but I do not need the vertical lines in the summary band. How can I hide these only in the summary?

I am trying to set up a connection using the Data Adapter but to no avail.

Driver: sun.jdbc.odbc.jdbcOdbcDriver

I have a DNS set up to a db2 database(Has worked in iReport 2.3 and 5.6)

When I test I get ClassNotFoundException sun.jdbc.odbc.jdbcOdbcDriver cannot be found by net.sf.jasperreports_6.2.0.final

[Adding a Barcode to iReport 5.6.0]

I add a barcode to my report using the bacode element from the pallet.

 

When I compile the report and run it in my web application I get a console message:

net.sf.jasperreports.engin.component.ComponentsEnvironment findBundels Found two components for namespace http://jasperreports.sourceforge.net/jasperreports/components

 

If I remove the barcode element from the report this message does not appear.

I have asked about the message I get when I have a barcode included in my report.

Using iReport 5.6.0 and a barbecue barcode.

The message I get:

findBundles Found two components for namespace http://jasperreports.sourceforge.net/jasperreports/components

[Stop Found two components for namespace Message]

 

Please I really need help with this. I have asked before but have received no response so trying again.

Also I cannot get the QR Code to work. If you add the QR Code element then attempt to add barcode expression an error message pops up.

The expression form will not display and the application freezes when the expression builder icon is clicked.

I got this to work now in ireport ide but when I deploy it to web server I get Byte data not found at location...

I have a subreport based on sql data call. The detail band has image tag that is fed by resultset field which is a path to image file.

 

The subreport works great when executed itself. However when placed in the main report the images will not display. All other data in the sub report will display example if I include a field to show the image file path.
