[In email scheduled.- Charts image are not getting displayed]

Hi Team,

I have scheduled a report to my email(s) - The report contains one table , one cross tab , one pie chart & one bar chart.

In few of emails clients(andorid mobiles device & web mail) unable to view the chart. The chart-images are coming as attachment in the mail as AT00001.bin , AT00002.bin etc as a result the email broswer is unable to render it as image.

Kindly suggest how to handle this.

Can any one please explain in detail, how to configure Hyperlink reference expression.
My self is having two reports.
1.D:\MyProjects\JasperReportsDemoApp\src\jasperreportsdemoapp\reports\templates\jr15-Hyperlinkmainreport.jrxml

2.D:\MyProjects\JasperReportsDemoApp\src\jasperreportsdemoapp\reports\templates\jr15-Hyperlinksubreport.jrxml

with parameter = UserName

 Yes, the report is not using any datasource.I am just trying to display just title,(some time back i used the same ireport 4.0.2.- able to display the report even using datasource) but now when trying for very simple report. just with the title , this exceptin 'The document has no pages' is occuring .

Do i need to see any configuration setting. I even tried uninstalled  and reinstalled and tried the reporr. but the result is the same exception.

I have created a very simple report with just title using ireport 4.0.2 when tried to view the report it is giving me The document has no pages.

The same report when i am trying to see in ireport 3.0.0 I am able to see .

Can you please help how to trace and fix this issue(which property need to updated/changed) to the earliest possible.
