Dear all, Thanks for your quick response . My driver name was incorrect. According to your advice I put the driver name as 'com.mysql.jdbc.Driver ' and it connects the database both local and remote successfully. Thanks again for your help. Best Regards Sarifuddin

I am new to use jasperserver, it is successfully installed in Fedora8. I am using this information to connect with mysql Driver : MySQL(com.mysql.jdbc.Driver) URL : jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mydb But can not connect the database. Please help me to solve the problem.
