When using the sql-statements to setup defaul security change the password settings for the created users
instead of
INSERT INTO JIUser (id,username,tenantId,fullname,emailAddress,password,externallyDefined,enabled) VALUES
(hibernate_sequence.nextval, 'jasperadmin',1,'Jasper Administrator',NULL,'password',0,1);
useINSERT INTO JIUser (id,username,tenantId,fullname,emailAddress,password,externallyDefined,enabled) VALUES(hibernate_sequence.nextval, 'jasperadmin',1,'Jasper Administrator',NULL,'349AFAADD5C5A2BD477309618DCD58B9',0,1);Password will be set to "jasperadmin"

i still struggle at the installation procedure. can u plz give me some hints how-to?
i confess to be an jasperserver newbee and don't know how to build js from the scratch.
i tried to use the distrbuted "jasperserver-3.5.0-bin.zip" but the mentioned buildomatic oracle defaults are missing.
any help is welcome

hi @all
as i choose to install from a war file distribution into an existing tomcat installation i downloaded jasperserver-3.5.0-bin.zip from http://sourceforge.net/projects/jasperreports/files/. but the required installation files for using an oracle database are missing. what did i do wrong?
the goal is to get some advanced reports from oracle apex without using expensive bi publisher.
are the combi jasperReports/iReports the right products?
regards
peter
