Issue seems to be specific to version 4.0.2. Report generated without problem when rolled back to 4.0.1.

I have a problem with Text Field stretching vertically when exported to PDF. Stretch type is set to No Stretch. There is plenty of room for the text to fit, but for some reason it would stretch. Using version 4.0.2. Pavel
