  1. I fixed this problem by eliminating the subreport and just adding line breaks between the items in the main report.
  2. I am trying my first simple report and am having problems getting the formatting correct. I am using a bean data source and my beans contain several String fields and one collection. I need the report to display like this: Title1 Title2 value1 colvalue1a colvalue1b value2 colvalue2a value3 colvalue3a colvalue3b Putting the collection in a subreport, I am close, but the subreport is listed on a separate line: Title1 Title2 value1 colvalue1a colvalue1b value2 colvalue2a value3 colvalue3a colvalue3b How do I position the subreport to start printing on the same line as the rest of the detail for the bean? Thanks
