[Problem with Classpath]

Hi,

 

 

I am trying to connect to a DB2 database in iReport but I'm having problem with the Classpath. I add the classpath

 

 

C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Tomcat 5.5/common/lib/db2jcc.jar

 

 

then I add a new connection and set the JDBC Driver to

 

 

COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver

 

 

When I test the connection I get the following error.

 

 

ClassNotFoundError!

Msg: COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver

This class may not have been found: COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver

Check you classpath.

 

 

Anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong.

[Spliting pages in ireport]

Hey, I wonder if anyone has the solution to this.

 

I have a large form to create in ireport. Basically it needs to be printed across 4 pages. Is there anyway I can split it up into seperate pages. The only way I see is to change the detail band but that doesn't help when it comes to printing.

 

Please I can't find a simple solution to this anywhere.

Hey,

 

Basically what I am trying to do is check when a report has no data on start up. I see that iReports only have the option of NoPages, BlankPage or AllSectionsNoDetail.

 

What I want to do is display a message saying that no records could be found.

 

Is there a way that I can do this. Please if anyone can help. thanks.
