Rollback In Progress on AWS Jasper Reports Instance Launch

Use case

The customer tries to launch a Jaspersoft for AWS into VPC from Amazon Marketplace and eventually the launch fails with "ROLLBACK_IN_PROGRESS". 

Resolution

On https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/B01BUD6H48/ref=jaspersoft_ptnr_aws_web

- scroll down to pricing

- Choose required region(i.e. EU London) and remember the instance types you have in a list to the right. (i.e. m4.large )

- Proceed to the Launch as per the guide. On a Specify Details make sure to choose an instance type that corresponds one of the previously remembered types, i.e. m4.large
