    • Version: v4.5.1 Product: JasperReports® Server

    Issue:

If you are getting the following error after installing JasperReports Server v4.5.1 WAR with Weblogic. Check the solution below.

    License Failed
Your license has expired. If you evaluated JasperReports Server and have just installed a new version of it, your evaluation license has expired.
    Please contact eval@jaspersoft.com for assistance.

    Resolution:

    1. Copy the license file from your support account.

    2. Paste the license file into a home folder of the user account that will start the WebSphere Application Server. This account may differ from the logged user account.

For example, if WebSphere is running on Windows Server as a service, the system account is used to start the WebSphere, and its home folder is: %SystemRoot%system32configsystemprofile
