JasperReports Server REST resources API (Delete)

Issue Description

A REST (v2) API call is used to delete a report from an organization level folder: e.g. located in /organizations/{customer}/Saved Reports/{resourceURI}.

Even after the user's role is granted READ+WRITE+DELETE / Administer permissions to that report the delete fails with the following error:

401 HTTP Unauthorized code

Resolution

Using different browsers resolved the problem. In this case, the user was using Chrome in their testing and it was overriding the authentication with basic authentication. Since their environment in question was single sign-on enabled this was causing a conflict.
