Domain security file cannot be found while attempting to associate it with a domain.

Issue Description

Domain Security file is uploaded to repository folder, but while editing the domain that domain security file cannot be found when browsing the folder

Resolution

These symptoms can occur if the wrong options were chosen during upload.  The domain editor pop-up is only showing files from the repository folder that were uploaded as "Access Grant Schema" files. So you should choose File -> Access Grant Schema when you upload your xml file (with or without a .xml extension).
