Alerts feature from "Schedules and Alerts" screen can be turn off/hide by removing below property
<simpleAction id="alerts" labelKey="server.monitoring.tab.alerts"/>
from file : ...\webapps\jasperserver-pro\WEB-INF\actionModel-schedulesAndAlertsTabs.xml
Note that - Jasperserver restart is required after updating the file.
