Resolution:
To export all reports only from all organizations or export only scheduled jobs.
To export all reports only from all organizations of the JRS repository:
js-export.bat --uris / --output-zip myExport.zip --keyalias deprecatedImportExportEncSecret

To export the all report jobs only from all organizations of the JRS repository:
js-export.bat --report-jobs --output-zip myExportreportjobs.zip --keyalias deprecatedImportExportEncSecret
