Here is the solution how to display and accepting date format in Input Control on the server.
To do this:
1. please go to jasperserver_config.properties.
    Location: {js-path}apache-tomcatwebappsjasperserver-proWEB-INFbundles
2. Edit format as you want. This is the example show you where you should change.
