    When getting a license corrupted error after installing a JasperReports Server license, the user should do the following to help resolve the issue:

    1. make sure the license is granted full access for the startup user
    2. delete .jslic and .jilic files from home root directory and user root directory
    3. restart the server

    If all of these fails to fix the problem, open a support case asking for a "cloned" replacement license.
