When getting a license corrupted error after installing a JasperReports Server license, the user should do the following to help resolve the issue:
- make sure the license is granted full access for the startup user
- delete .jslic and .jilic files from home root directory and user root directory
- restart the server
If all of these fails to fix the problem, open a support case asking for a "cloned" replacement license.
