Configuring start of week for relative date in TIBCO JasperReports® Server

A relative date expression is always calculated in the time zone of the logged-in user. However, the start day of the week can be configured independent of locale. This setting is in relativedate.properties file under deployed jasperserver-proWEB-INFclasses directory.

Notice it is hard coded and cannot be altered dynamically based on user time zone or user locale. User must restart the server after making the change to have the setting take effect.
