Uncaught ReferenceError: jasper is not defined - visualize.js

Issue Description

So, you turned javascript.optimize=true in js.config.properties, cleared "work" directory (tomcat7), restarted server, and you are getting a javascript error when loading visualize.js: Uncaught ReferenceError: jasper is not defined (line 154- formatted) which is the line: "(this, _, jasper);"

Resolution

Be sure you follow the TIBCO JasperReports Server Ultimate Guide Documentation, and note Section 6.2.3 "Customizing JavaScript Files" describing how to build your customizations.  You must follow Step 10, and execute the procedure to optimize Visualize if you are using visualizejs.  This step is not optional.
