Resolution:
Edit file <your_installation>jasperserver-proWEB-INFflowsviewReportBeans.xml .
At the very bottom of this file, you will find the following section, which allows you to enable/disable exporters:
Comment below line :
<entry key="pptx" value-ref="pptxExporterConfiguration"/>
Need to restart application after change.
