Logout button disappears

Issue Description[toc on_off::hide=1]

When we access JasperServer using superuser the logout button is not visible.

Resolution

Superuser has the role ROLE_ANONYMOUS assigned to it, which causes the button to disappear. This role is meant for access to reports without requiring a login, and so a logout would not be needed for that user either. This means when viewing the JasperServer web application UI, there will be no logout button.
