Export and Import of Scheduler does not work

Issue Description

If we export a report having a schedule with options defined and import it to another server the schedule is not imported and we get the following message when we create it manually:Failed to save scheduled job.

Resolution

The error in the log is as follows:Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/xml/bind/DatatypeConverterImpl$CalendarFormatterThis error can occur due to class loading conflicts within the JVM. To resolve this, shut down the app server and then delete the app server cache.
