AXIS engine error

Issue Description:

The following error occurs when connecting from iReport Designer v4.2.1 to JasperReports Server v4.2.1 via the Repository Navigator, 

The AXIS engine could not find a target service to invoke!

Resolution:

In general, this error is usually a result of some mistake in the URL.  In this case, the URL used was:

http://reports.abc.com:8080/jasperserver-pro/services/

The correct URL is,

http://reports.abc.com:8080/jasperserver-pro/services/repostory

If that does not work still, check and make sure that the address and port are correct.
