  • Removing Oauth SSO and switching back to LDAP causes two Public folders in the JasperReports repository.

    • Features: User Authorization Version: v7 Product: JasperReports® Server

    Problem:

After removing Oauth SSO authentication and switching back to LDAP in order to allow for connecting to Jaspersoft Studio. After making the changes, there are two "Public" folders in both environments (Development and Produciton) when you login with user ID. However, with the superuser account only one "Public" folder shows.

    Solution:

Remove defaultOrganization property from the ldapExternalTenantProcessor bean in the applicationContext-externalAuth-LDAP-mt.xml file. Then restart the server and observe the behavior.
