Problem Statement:
Is it possible to create user/role with a negative ID? By editing the JIUserRole table?
Resolution:
Generally, we do not allow manually executing queries on JIUserRole. Hence, there are no recommendations from our end. You would have to perform tests on this, in a lower environment in order to understand any impacts that might be caused due to this.
