After downloading a Report from the Server and make changes to it, I will pbulish these back to the Server. But the Dialog "Publish the file to JasperReport Server" does not appear after clicking the buttons in the screenshot (Left side of the screenshot) or pressing the short cut CTRL+ALT+U.
Despite, the button "Publish Report to JasperReports Server" within the Report Window does work (Right side of screenshot).
In addition the setting "Show Publish Dialog On Save" has no effect, I expect that is related to bug #9751 (https://community.jaspersoft.com/jaspersoft-studio/issues/9751#comment-8...).

I can't reproduce it, could you record a screencast?
Unfortunately I'm not allowed to make a screencast. Attached you find a PDF with the steps I perform. Hopefully the help you.
Not sure about the Status, changed it to New
I tested this steps on the last version. It is working fine. Please upgrade to the last version.
